Our clients have created a large luxurious country retreat in the beautiful south-Auckland suburb of Clevedon. The area is known for its wide-open spaces, heritage trees and gardens. The residence sits in such an open landscape; it was important to deliver an interior that was elegant, warm and inviting.  To achieve this, we used a layered mix of materials and furnishings featuring some of the owner’s treasured heirlooms mixed in with modern design classics.

A light-filled open lounge space is made cozy by oversized cushions, woollen throws and unique, brightly coloured ottomans.

Bedroom detail

Muted gold artwork panels specially commissioned by artist Alexandra Heyes combine with the luxurious textures of a white fur throw and embroidered cushions to create this delicious bedroom haven.
