best design award - distinction dunedin

This stunning hotel transformation was a Silver award winner for Lukas Design in conjunction with architects Opus at the Best Design Awards 2016. The 1937 former Chief Post Office is now an elegant 4 1/2 star luxury hotel.

Freemans Bay villa

This carefully transformed villa featured in New Zealand House and Garden magazine. A clean, uncluttered look and neutral palette kept the small space looking individual.

This stunning terrace renovation in Herne Bay featured in New Zealand House and Garden magazine. Its compact nature required close attention to detail when it came to the interior design, including designing bespoke tables to fit perfectly into the living space.
